A lot of people have been asking me lately just what kind of goggles do i wear. no one has ever heard of this brand of goggle before, they are used to Scott, Smith, Spy, and oakley as the major brands. good friend of mine works for the Eks Brand (pronounced X-Brand) goggle company, he called me raving about these new goggles they have coming out and that i should apply for sponsorship with them and try em out and give them some feedback. The main selling point for me is i used to wear scott goggles for MX before and Smith Optics for sledding, and the main guys there were the head designers behind my favorite Smith and Scott goggles. and to get the same quality googles as smith and scott for 45 bucks retail, definatly cheaper. I bought the GOX premium goggles, what comes with these you ask? the goggle frame, 1 anti-fog mirrored lens for those sunny days, and 1 anti-fog clear lens both with tearoff pegs built in to the lens you can't go wrong. you also can get tearoffs in packs of 10,20 and 50.

but enough small talk let's get down to the results: when i first got the goggles i found them to be a little smaller then my Scott nosweat xi steel series goggles and my Smith Snow Warp Star set for winter time, which leaves a little more skin exposed for roost, but not a whole lot. also they were a little tight when i first got them, but nothing a little loosening of the strap couldn't fix.

After riding at the track and trail i grew to love the mirrored lenses, even at dusk when your looking right into the sun you can still make out opjects around you and have very clear vision even in rain races.

overall i would rate these goggles a 7.5 out of 10.

great goggles, but they do leave some skin exposed which can hurt like hell durring close racing like holeshots were the roost will be flying.
