Pick up some 110 Race fuel and run that straight for the first tank. the 2 stroke dirtbikes are known to run a ton of compression. I have a 06 with stock head straight from yamaha running 247 PSI on 3 compression guages, it's nothing new and i'm running 91 pump gas. dunno what it is that makes them run such high compression and not ping, but good design by the companies.
also keep in mind that you have a new motor, things are going to be tight until you break it in and get some hours on it. run it on the stand for a few min just idling and then re-check the bolts, let it cool down slightly and check the compression again.
