the clutch is behind the flywheel cover? And yeah it was painted and then baked on.

No but the clutch cable runs into the engine through the fly wheel cover.

pull the cover that houses your clutch plates. The clutch basket (one with fingers that hold the plates) where the plates meet the fingers that surface should be smooth, not rough at all... Usually if you're hard on the clutch (Like Eric) you tend to dig some really bad grooves into those fingers....

I would do both, check your basket and plates. I would also check the cable where it connects to the arm by the flywheel. What exactly is it doing?

How do you tork your cylinder on??? Ive always had a problem with this. Cant fit a torque wrench in there.

they make tools that you can put on the end of a torque wrench and the other end is open end. Cornwell has them but I cannot find them on the site to send you a link right now. if I do i'll send ya one

So riding the track today i discovered a serious set back in the form of no rear brakes... Worked great at the beginning of the practice session, however all of a sudden just stopped working... Time to check the hose, seals and re-bleed the brakes.. Kinda need those!
