Sweet. Dont know much about the 450's but I know the 05' 250F's had alot of valve problems so make sure you stay on top of that. Yes the whole removing the tank to do the plug is a pain, but you dont have to do it very much at all. Also at least on my bike you have to pretty much half way disassemble the bike just to get at most the carburator. I always take the filter screen out of my bikes, I think most Honda's are a seperate deal than than the actual cage so it should come out fairly easy, opposed to Kawi where its actually part of the cage.
