You can take off the subframe and if you have a shock ajuster you can just loosen the first sprocket lookin thing on top of the spring, than tighten the second one to where you wish. If you dont have a shock ajuster took you can use a flat screwdrive and a hammer, it does screw up the sprocket a bit. once you have it where you want it you tighten the other one back down. Theres 2 ajusts on your shock as well. one is for your rebound and one is for stiffness etc... On mine the top one is for stiff and soft. so you can ajust that how you want it.
The honda revolution continues!

Yea pretty much wat Darkside said. I'm geussing your sag is way soft so adjust that to your weight and after thats done you can change your clickers. Start by putting the bike on a stand, measure from the axle to a spot on the fender (as straight up as you can) and make a small mark. Then take your bike off the stand, sit on it in the middle of your seat and have someone measure it again to the same mark. You should drop about 4 inches, (thats what I set mine too, some people like it softer). So lets say your measurement on a stand was 24 3/4 and you sit on it and its at 19 1/4. Your sag would be 1.5 iches to soft. So get a punch and loosen up the top nut (ontop of the spring) on your shock. Then tighten the bottom one a ways (put it on the stand so no presure on the spring will make it easier) and re-measure. Do this until you have the right sag of 4 inches. Then tighten the top nut back up. http://motocross.transworld.net/10001001...tting-sag/ heres a neat little video i found that would better explain wat I'm tryin to say

forks:
www.racetech.com
find your bike and find the correct springs for the fork. I like to run my forks 6mm up in the triple clamps, however kawi's may respond differently (tend to have a more aggressive head angle)

Yea Kawi's front end stick out further than most bikes. Adjusting the hight on your forks pretty is the factor in how sharp you turn, and stability. On all moto tracks I run mine to just below the cap on top. For supercross i run it to the top ring (there are 2 rings towards top of forks) and for arenacross i run the bottom ring.
