Haven't posted on here in almost a month and we barely ever have active topics so I thought I would post one. About a month ago I sold my yz 125 and was debating whether to buy a 250f, 250 2T, or 450. I've always ridden 2 strokes (other than pit bikes) so I decided to get a yz250f with a fresh rebuild (with wiseco piston, hot cams, etc.)just to give a thumper a try. After riding it for a while I really like it. I can turn more consistent laps and its easier to go faster. I had more fun riding my 125 but after a few hard motos it wore me out a lot faster than the 250f.
Here's a video I took yesterday at the track. Only the front section of the tracks in the video because it was really muddy and no one wanted to walk to the back of the track in the mud haha. And I was riding with a hurt wrist and thumb and then a flat tire ended the day a little earlier than expected.

I've only rode 3 times this year. Sad. just. sad.
If you can't afford a new four stroke, you can't afford a used one either!

Only rode once over the summer, but I am renting a storage unit for the winter to keep sleds and bikes in. So I have been out to the sand track a few times this fall and planning on being out there every night next week.
