Just a bit of a suggestion, most new ridders don't do this, when your in the air keep your arms bent and your weight over the center of the bike (helmet should be almost on the same plane as the bars) that way if you land a little sketchy you wont get thrown from the bike
also good rule of thumb is 60% front 40% rear brake. and corners corners corners. corners will make or break a race, so practice them until your sick of it, then keep practicing lol

Yeah I have to keep working on my form, I ate **** on the big jump today because I wasn't keeping my knees tight and I wasn't squared up enough on the run up. I don't know if I was tired or was not concentrating enough. The bike went sideways in the air and I couldn't correct it, Lucky no damage to me or the bike, 15min later I was doing the jump again.
Yeah no doubt on the corners. I raced SnoX for two years and I learned how important it was there. I am having a harder time learning them on the bike, this track has a lot of flat ones and they are always pissing me off but there are some guys here that know their **** and have been helping me learn the right techniques

hard to tell by the photo but are your forks even with the triple tree's or raised?
they should be 5-15mm (rider preference) higher in the triple tree's, that will allow the bike to sit flatter in the turns and help you take them at a higher speed

Like mx said corners! Pics dont look to bad tho. When my bike goes sideways in the air I just move the side its moving to that foot back kinda by the number plate and make sure u land with the gas on (foot back on the peg of course ha ha) and you should be able to pull out of alot of them... But looks good and looks like your having fun!

That lingo went right over my head, could you give me the newb explanation. I checked the sag the other day and it doesn't sag enough by a half inch so I need to adjust that as well. The forks have a sticker of a suspension company in Norway but I don't know if the previous owner had work done or not.
I'll have to try and remember that Kawi, a lot of times things happen before I can react, but then that just means I need to practice more

pictures worth a thousand words
see how far the forks are up towards the bars? that's 8mm, allows the front end to sit lower and helps take corners faster and lean over farther

Also you need to relize when you raise your forks you are shortening your wheelbase which will make it turn better, but will give it less stability in straight. Typically for arenacross/supercross I raise mine but motocross tracks I keep mine lower. I also use a longer chain on mx style tracks and shorter on sx tracks.
