About the Site
The media gallery is here to display pictures of dirtbikes, etc. Users may submit pictures,
videos, and other documents to the gallery. Any material submitted that offensive or inappropriate
will be removed, and if the material is extremely offensive, the user will be banned.
The personal website features of this site offer a user to create a small
personal website. Please try to refrain from posting copyrighted material. We
are not responsible for the material posted on these sites but if we come across
something that doesn't belong there we will take the necessary actions to remove
it.
Users can register to use the services of this site. Registration is free
and is required to post on the forum, as seen below. With registration includes
more options that a user may use to customize the site.
Registration
In order to use the features of this site, users are required to provide a
username, password and e-mail address. Neither the Administrators of this site,
or the Moderators participating, are responsible for the privacy practices of
any user.
You agree that you, the user, are 13 years of age or over. You are fully
responsible for any information or file supplied by this user. You also agree
that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself or
the owners of these forums. In your use of these forums, you agree that you will
not post any information which is vulgar, harassing, hateful, threatening,
invading of others privacy, sexually explicit, or violates any laws.
Cookies must be turned on in your browser to participate as a user in the
advanced site features or forum. Cookies are used here to hold your username and
password and viewing options, allowing you to login. You will not be able to
register without having cookies enabled.
Your Privacy
It is important to note that no area on the site is 100% completely private.
Private messages in the message forum are stored in a database until deleted by
the user, and until deleted, can be read by the site admin to investigate
possible site security issues or identify problem users. We log every move that
anyone makes on the site. We log IP addresses for both a statistical overview
of the visitors and hits each day. None of this information is shared with the
general public and the IP addresses are only viewable by the administrators. IP
addresses may also be used to track users who are violating the policy.
About the Forum
The forum exists for people to communicate with other people.
Remember that all information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public
information and you should exercise caution when deciding to share any of your
personal information. Any user who finds material posted by another user
objectionable is encouraged to contact us via e-mail. We are authorized by you
to remove or modify any data submitted by you to these forums for any reason we
feel constitutes a violation of our policies, whether stated, implied or not.
This forum may contain links to other web sites and files. We have no control
over the content and can not ensure it will not be offensive or objectionable.
We will, however, remove links to material that we feel is inappropriate as we
become aware of them.
Some simple things to abide by are as follows:

coherent sentences as if you were writing an essay. It is much easier for
others to understand.

- Contributions containing languages other than English may be removed.

- No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names.

Deliberate misuse of the complaints facility is not permitted. If you persist
in doing this action may be taken against your account.
The Law

Community. Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting
an illegal act is strictly prohibited.

Zero Tolerance Bashing
Blatently bashing other brands of dirtbikes is not acceptable along with personal
attacks made to individuals. Posts that do so may be edited or removed without
consent from the owner at any time by an administrator or moderator. Members get
a fair warning but if there are continued violations of rules, their account
will be locked. This is not a place to whine about your civil liberties. It is
a privately held website and you do as we say here, or you do not participate.
We do not mind small jokes and pokes but when things become serious, we become
serious.
The Classifieds Section
The Classified Ads section of this site is a free service provided by us.
We are not responsible for your interactions with others
through these ads or the validity of the ads placed and the prices stated. Make
secure payments for items prior to shipping.
Your E-Mail Address
You must have a valid e-mail address. You can change this anytime by editing
your profile. This website and forum incorporates an e-mail system. When you
sign up, you will be sent an occasional e-mail from the administrators of the
site. You will be notified of any forum downtime and will receive an update on
the site every one or two months. You can be removed by following the
instructions at the bottom of each e-mail or editing your personal profile.
Your e-mail address will NEVER be sold to ANYONE. This site includes advanced
features to hide your address from the view of the public. We do not believe
in spam and highly dislike it.
Breaking The Rules

If you fail to abide by these terms when taking part in the
community, your posts and/or account may be edited.

This action may include your relevant account or accounts being
placed into pre-moderation or a temporary or permanent suspension
of your ability to participate in the community.
